These frequently asked and answered questions will give insight into how Teal Bird Concepts operates.

  1. What are your payment policies?

    After receiving the details of your project, you will receive, via email, a custom link to your Client Order & Payment page.

    For design projects under $200, the balance is due before the design process begins. For designs projects over $200, 50% of the balance is due before the design process begins, and the remaining is due upon completion of the design process.

    Teal Bird Concepts also accepts electronic payments such as credit or debit via the PayPal interface. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make an electronic payment. To make an electronic payment, select the appropriate payment amount from the Electronic Payment section on the Client Order & Payment page.

    To process all electronic Teal Bird Concepts orders, PayPal will collect your email address and your credit card, debit, or bank account information (depending on your chosen method of payment). This method of processing is to ensure that your personal information is being collected using secure technology.

  2. What is your privacy policy?

    The only information Teal Bird Concepts collects from you is the information that you provide us with in the design and ordering process. This will include your contact information such as your name, email address (as this is how your will receive your proofs and final electronic designs), and the information you wish to include in your design. Finally, should you choose to make an electronic payment, to process your Teal Bird Concepts order, PayPal will collect your email address and your credit card, debit, or bank account information (depending on your chosen method of payment). *Note: you do not need to have a PayPal account to make a credit or debit card payment.

    For your protection, any personal billing and shipping information collected is protected by Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology (which involves encrypting your personal information so that it is not altered or stolen as it is transmitted over the web). After your order is processed, you will receive an email, which will include your order details, but will not contain your credit card number. Your credit card number is never emailed to Teal Bird Concepts or anyone else. For more information about how your payments are processed, please see PayPal's privacy policies.

    You can be assured that your personal information is being collected using secure technology by checking the browser's address bar. "https://" (http with an 's' for secure) before the web address indicates that the page is hosted from a secure server.
